Granny & Grampy’s Workshop

Granny and Grampy’s Workshop is a small artisan business run by Carol and Peter, who are a Granny and Grampy to their two grandchildren in Royal Wootton Bassett.

They make all sorts of wooden items, including ornaments, sculptures, animals, games, trucks, toys, signs, phone holders, etc. They also make a wide variety of ceramic and glass coasters, clocks, bags, ceramic and bone china mugs, woollen throws, pet blankets and many other items – all year round as well as seasonal.

Everything is handcrafted in Wiltshire. The wooden products are produced in small numbers in our workshop at home and use various wood species but primarily Sapele, Oak and Beech. All wood is sourced locally, is fully FSC certified and all toys are UKCA certified. They don’t use nails or screws, everything is glued, oiled and waxed and child friendly where appropriate.
