Brinkworth Dairy

Brinkworth Dairy is a family-run dairy farm in the Dauntsey Vale near Chippenham, producing farmhouse cheese from milk from its own herd. The dairy is best known for reviving the traditional Wiltshire Loaf and now makes a range of cheeses, alongside other dairy products including butter, yoghurt, ice cream and kefir. The farm has been in the family since 1910 and the cheesemaking tradition is now carried on by fifth-generation cheesemaker Ceri Cryer.
