Learn (or receive a reminder of) how to do CPR and use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED – or defib)
During this free one hour session we will demonstrate how to use CPR and use a defibrillator (using training devices), show you some of the real defibrillator models available in our local area, and you will have the opportunity to have a go yourself (this is not compulsory!).
Everyone is welcome, but places must be booked to ensure we have enough equipment for everyone. Children are welcome but please consider whether they are old / mature enough to deal with the content of the session. This session is being run by qualified first aid instructors, who are also Community First Responders with South West Ambulance Service.
